Man do I ever have a hard time making decisions! I really like the name Hideaway, but it is not my favorite. If you are wondering who the winner is....it is myself ;) I was thinking today of another name "the Ultra Modest Girl" To many words probably. Anyway....here are few choices I have at the moment. Tell me what you think. I am not really sure what direction to take in this. Is this something that you would prefer over the Hooter Hider?? Tell the truth....
And if you are wondering what the back looks like. It is the same as the front. 20$?

ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabrics! I was actually browsing Etsy.com the other day and came across a seller who had nursing covers called "a hideaway". I really liked Bashful Boobies--very cute name. For price I think between 20 and 25 dollars is reasonable. :)
ReplyDeletei would use it if it was easy to get on and off. my "peanut shell" always gets caught in my hair when i take it off. i love that yours has a back. i agree "hideaway" is okay. bashful boobies would turn me off honestly. i like "mod girl" or "modest girl". the fabrics are amazing and your price seems right on. that is my 2cents. :)

ReplyDeleteOK, first of all the shawl looks amazing. The way you photographed it too is very chic. Good job! :) Secondly...reading the comments, if hideway's taken then I say pick a new one. I too wouldn't do bashful boobies, but wasn't bashful b's an option??? I could be wrong. That implies boobs without saying it...anyway. Mod - girl is good, or modest mom. I don't know, I'm no good at this! The shawls are great though Amber!
ReplyDeleteNot ever having used a Hooter Hider I don't really know if I could compare. With Sarah I never got the chance because she refused to be covered (mainly due to the fact that she/I had issues for the first three weeks that required my undivided attention to her latching... so the "Peekability" of the HH could be a plus, but it probably depends on the baby/ situation). I also love ModGirl or UltraMod and the fabrics you've chosen... $20 is in the right ballpark... Not so keen on Bashful Boobies as a name either...

ReplyDeleteWell, I never used a HH so I can't say from experiance on that but I did love the shawl you made me. Just from what I have seen of the HH I do think the peekabilty is a huge plus but I also think the back covering of the shawl is a major plus too. I personally plan on getting some super chic "utterwear" from you for my next one.
