I subscribe to the Family Fun Magazine and love to read the articles and see all the ideas that they have. Ava has been entering a new phase of having me hold her all the time. As lovely as that sounds, it is just not possible. So today I decided to give "the kitchen sandbox" a try. Although it was a lot messier than the picture, it was well worth it. Ava played in it for about 2 hours and Dallas & Reese played for about an hour. Another positive is the mess was in one spot. Usually I have a kid in each room making 3 separate messes. And it only got better. I was able to make phone calls without saying "can you hold on please, don't do that, I will just have to let you go". As well as do my laundry without Ava throwing everything I have folded the minute I turn my back.
So my Family Fun Review is: $3.59 + 30 minutes of cleanup= 3 hours of sanity! Thank you Family Fun!
